Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you’ll receive it more quickly. This time frame includes:

  • Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)
  • Processing time once we receive it (3–5 business days)
  • Bank processing time for the refund (5–10 business days)

Final Sale Items:
All sales are final on clearance items, new firearms, NFA items, ammo, mouth calls, bows, and socks/underwear.
Used firearms are sold as-is and should be fully inspected within 3 days of arrival at your chosen FFL.
Broken Arrow Outfitters will not accept returns or refunds for any serialized items once they have transferred to the customer.

Replacements

We stand behind the quality of our products and will promptly ship replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To ensure fairness and accountability, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

  • Replacements are issued only for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation of the issue.

Return of Original Item

  • A prepaid return label and packaging may be provided when applicable.
  • The original item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the replacement.
  • Failure to return the item may result in a charge equal to the full retail value of the replacement.

Authorization to Charge

  • By accepting a replacement, the customer authorizes Broken Arrow Outfitters to charge the original payment method if the original item is not returned within the specified timeframe.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, the customer agrees to provide an alternative method of payment.

Exceptions

  • Serialized items (e.g., firearms, NFA items) are not eligible for replacement once transferred to the customer.
  • Clearance items and other final-sale categories are not eligible for replacement unless damaged in transit.

Proof of Return

  • Customers are responsible for retaining proof of drop-off or shipment using the provided label.
  • If tracking shows no movement within 10 days, a reminder will be sent before any charge is applied.
